We are located in a serene environment along Langata South Road in Karen, Nairobi.

Currently we only have one branch, which is within the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) along Moi Avenue, Development House 5th Floor. This is our Town Campus that hosts the Diploma in Law (Paralegal Training Programme).

We offer three types of courses

  1. A Postgraduate Diploma in Law – The Advocates Training Programme (ATP)
  2. A Diploma in Law – The Paralegal Training Programme (PTP)
  3. Short Courses for professional development – These are in two clusters: Calendar courses or customer tailored courses.

We do not currently offer any Certificate course.

Our applications procedure is both physical and online through our website.

The ATP and PTP Programmes are offered on both full-time and part time basis. For the ATP, part-time classes include the weekday evenings and weekends classes, while the PTP part time includes the weekday evening classes.

No. However, during the current health Pandemic we have offered online training for both ATP and PTP.

We have the Kenya School of Law Legal Education Fund that is managed by the Higher Education Loan Board (HELB). The fund caters for Advocate Training Programme students. For more details about the fund, check this link https://www.helb.co.ke/

(Graduates of Kenyan Universities)

  1. Attained a minimum of grade B (plain) in English Language or Kiswahili and a mean grade of C (plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination or its equivalent; or
  2. Attained a minimum of two (2) principals and one (1) subsidiary totaling to an aggregate of ten (10) points in the Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education or its equivalent: and
  3. Have passed the mandatory 16 core subjects as stipulated in the Second Schedule to the Legal Education Act, 2012; and
  4. Hold or are eligible for conferment of an LL. B degree from a university recognized in Kenya.

  5. NB: Applicants holding secondary school qualifications other than those offered by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) must seek equation from the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA)


    Graduates of Foreign Universities

  6. Attained a minimum of grade B (plain) in English Language or Kiswahili and a mean grade of C (plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination or its equivalent;
  7. Attained a minimum of two (2) principals and one (1) subsidiary totaling to an aggregate of ten (10) points in the Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education or its equivalent: and
  8. Having passed in the mandatory 16 core subjects as stipulated in the Second Schedule to the Legal Education Act, 2012; and
  9. Hold or are eligible for conferment of a recognized LL. B degree from a foreign university; and
  10. Obtain clearance from the Council of Legal Education
  11. Must sit and pass the Pre-Bar Examination provided under the Second Schedule to the Kenya School of Law Act, 2012 part 1(b) (iii) of the

The Advocates Training Program is conducted over a period of 18 months: 12 months in-house and 6 months pupilage.

  1. Have a mean grade C plain in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
  2. (KCSE) (or equivalent examination) and a minimum grade C+ (C Plus) in English
  3. At least one Principal pass at the Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education {KACE/A-Level} examinations.
  4. A distinction or credit pass at Diploma level in a relevant field.

The PTP takes TWO (2) academic years with 3 terms in each. Each term consists of 12 weeks. There is included a 3 months attachment period at the end of the second year.

The courses run between 1- 5 days.

  6. Spacious Conference rooms with Wi-Fi connection that are well suited for all levels of meetings from exclusive and executive board meetings, middle level manager retreats, trainings and strategic business meetings which can host up to 100 persons.
  7. A restaurant that offers both local and international dishes.
  8. Accommodation Services - 50 single rooms and 8 luxurious suites. The Rooms are well served with Wi-Fi connection and global entertainment channels.
  9. A standard size swimming pool at an affordable cost.
