Where is the KSL Conference Centre located?

The Kenya School of Law Conference and Retreat Centre is located along Langata South Road in Karen, Nairobi. Nestled within the peaceful environment of the Kenya School of Law campus, the Centre offers a serene and professional setting ideal for both business and leisure.

 

What types of services does the Centre offer?

The Centre provides a wide range of hospitality services including modern conference room facilities, luxurious wedding grounds, full-service catering (both in-house and outside), comfortable accommodation, well-equipped sports and recreational amenities, as well as outdoor areas designed for team building and retreats.

 

What kinds of accommodation are available at the Centre?

Guests can choose from 50 well-appointed single rooms and 8 luxurious suites. All rooms are ensuite and come with Wi-Fi access and a variety of global entertainment channels to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

 

What are the rates for accommodation?

The Centre offers flexible pricing options to suit different needs. Bed-only accommodation is available at KES 2,500 per night. Bed and breakfast is priced at KES 3,500, while dinner, bed, and breakfast costs KES 4,500. Guests opting for a full board package will pay KES 7,500 per night. All prices include 16% VAT and 2% Catering Levy.

 

What conference facilities are available and how much do they cost?

The Centre offers fully equipped conference rooms ideal for corporate meetings, training, workshops, and executive retreats. A full day conference package is available at KES 3,500 per person, while a half day conference is priced at KES 2,500. For a comprehensive experience, the full board conference package is offered at KES 7,500 per person. These rates cover venue hire, standard conferencing equipment, and catering.

 

Are there dining and catering services at the Centre?

Yes, the Centre offers exquisite catering services with a mix of local and international cuisines. Guests can enjoy meals either indoors or in the beautifully landscaped gardens. Outside catering services are also available for off-site events.

 

Can I host a wedding at the Centre, and what is the cost?

Yes, the Centre provides well-manicured and spacious wedding grounds suitable for ceremonies and receptions. The cost of hiring the wedding grounds is KES 55,000 per day, inclusive of VAT and the Catering Levy. These scenic grounds are ideal for creating memorable wedding experiences.

 

What outdoor and recreational facilities are available?

Guests can enjoy a range of outdoor and sports amenities including a standard-size swimming pool, sauna, and a football pitch with a jogging track. The Centre also offers open garden spaces ideal for team building activities, retreats, and fun days.

 

What attractions are located near the Centre?

The Centre is conveniently located near several popular Nairobi destinations including Mamba Village, the Nairobi National Park, the Animal Orphanage, Galleria Mall, the Karen Hospital, and the scenic Ngong Hills, which are great for hiking and nature excursions.
