Assistant Director, Human Resource & Administration

Mr. John Malombe is an all-rounded Human Resource and Administration expert with over 24 years work experience in both Public and Private Sectors. He joined The Kenya School of Law in October, 2019. Prior to that, he served as the Human Resource and Administration Manager at Kenya Film Classification Board from August, 2009 to February, 2019. Between 2006 to August, 2009, he served as a Human Resource Officer at the Ministry of Information, Communications and Telecommunication (ICT). He has also served as a teacher, between 1996 and 2006, rising through the ranks to the position of Deputy Principal at Joram Gitau Academy.
Mr. Malombe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Egerton University, and two Post Graduate Diplomas in Human Resource Management and in Education. He is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya (IHRM).
